Made (ENT) diagnosis over video call, able to get appointment quite quickly and was called roughly when I was told that I would be called. Quite happy with the service, probably suit the majority of visits to the practice. Can you expand the service to run after the current pandemic, it will certainly make my life a lot easier? What does the following question "Speciality" refer to?

I saw Laurie Thursday 26th March 2020. Due to Covid 19, this appointment was by video. I have been seeing Laurie regularly for help and support with PTSD and Depression. Laurie has been absolutely wonderful, I cannot speak highly enough of her both professionally and personally. She is just amazing, I don’t know what I would have done without her and I wholeheartedly recommend her whatever issues a patient may have.
